About the teacherWell, you decided to click here for several reasons. Your mouse might have had a mind of its own and you clicked here accidentally. You were wondering if I forgot to take anything down from the general site. You have a habit of clicking all the links. Or, you might really want to know me. Well here is a start.
There are several things that could define me. First, I am a Christian. My faith is very important to me and I live out the principles to the best of my abilities daily. I want to show mercy, grace, and kindness but at the same time be fair, just, and challenging. After that, I am a husband. In the summer of 2015 I married the most wonderful woman I could have ever imagined. She is loving, caring, sweet, and more beautiful than I ever deserved. She is also a teacher so she helps me out with different things, such as grading, listening to my lesson ideas, and providing feedback on what sounds right and what doesn't. She works with Elementary students so she will not be working with algebra, but she definitely provides sound advice. She also grades, so if you see writing that looks very neat and has a smiley face on it, chances are she graded it. Next, I am a father. Our daughter is named Eliana Grace. While that's not a "normal" name, we love it. Eliana means "God has answered" and Grace is about receiving something we do not deserve. She is going into her 3rd year of life and she is an amazing little girl! I also have a son, Andrew Caden. His initals, AC, are from my grandfather. He was born in December 2019 at a hefty 11 lbs! He is a future BCHS Lineman. Next, I am a teacher. I enjoy teaching, I love working with students, and I love seeing kids grow and learn. Every day I am here to assist students in becoming the best they can be. Finally, I have the mind of an engineer. I have seen this math applied before in more than one way. Seeing algebra first hand is very effective in seeing its purposes. My goal for your student is to make sure that they have the best experience possible. They might not make an A but they should have every opportunity to do so. If you need to reach out to me, please let me know via email and I will get back to you as quickly as possible. |
